Resetting User Access
I don't remember what any user names or passwords are, and now I am locked out of Ministry Assistant. What can I do?
Resetting User Access in Ministry Assistant

The following assumes you have administrative access to the computer on which Ministry Assistant is running.
1. Close Ministry Assistant.
2. In File Explorer, navigate to the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ChurchAssist Technologies\Ministry Assistant
3. Delete all files that begin with MAUsers (e.g. MAUsers.dat, MaUsers.idx).
4. Run Ministry Assistant and log in as ADMIN with password admin.
Please note that this will remove all user accounts that may have previously been configured.
