The Set Manager allows you to plan your worship services. Here you can select who the leader will be and what songs will be included in the set.
To display the Set Manager, click the Set Manager link in the menu that is displayed at the top of each screen. A list of all the current worship sets will be displayed.
To add a new worship set, click the Add New Set link near the top of the page. To edit a set, click on it's description in the list. To delete a set, click on the Delete link to the right of the set description in the displayed list.
Adding/Editing Sets
The following information can be added or changed when editing a worship set:
Date - click the Select button to select the date of the new worship event. Click on an actual date to make your choice and close the popup date selector.
Count in Usage - check the box if you want this set included in usage calculations (in the desktop version).
Description - enter a description of the worship set (e.g. Sunday Morning Celebration).
Worship Leader - select the worship leader from the drop-down list populated from Member Manager.
The All Songs list contains a list of all the Active songs entered in Song Manager. You can filter this list by typing text into the Filter box and then clicking the Filter button. Only the songs containing the entered text in the Title, Author, Theme, or Lyrics fields will then be displayed in the list.
The Songs in Current Set is where the songs you select for this worship set will be listed. Click the Add button to add the currently selected song in All Songs to the worship set. Click the Remove button to remove the currently selected song in the Songs in Current Set list from the set. Click the Move Up and Move Down buttons to reorder the songs in the Songs in Current Set list.
To add "free text" into the Songs in Current Set list, enter the text in the Free Text box and click Add.
When you are done with your changes, click the Update button to save them. To cancel your changes, click any of the links on the menu at the top of the page. To delete the displayed set, click the Delete Set button at the top of the page.
